University of Lagos (UNILAG) Publishes Names of Candidates Involved in 2017/2018  Admission  Malpractice The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has published the names of candidates who were found to have manipulated their Post-UTME screening Results as well as the admission process which led to the withdrawal of the earlier released admission list. The list of the affected candidates including the girl that scored zero (0) in Post-UTME but was admitted in the earlier released admission list are contained on the pdf below DOWNLOAD PDF HERE . All affected candidates will likely not find their names on the new 2017/2018 UNILAG admission List which is expected to be released any moment from now. It was also gathered that the university officials involved in this have been served due punishment.

University of Nigeria Nsukka Notice To Students On Adding/Dropping of Courses For  2017/2018 Academic Session  This is to inform all students of University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) who may wish to add or drop course(s) that with effect from 2017/2018 academic year, such students are expected to pay the sum of N500.00 (Five hundred Naira) at designated banks for each add or drop card. Students are also to note that at the end of the registration exercise, a window period of two weeks will be opened to enable students wishing to add or drop courses to do so. At the expiration of the two weeks, no requests for add and drop of courses will be entertained by the administration.  All Deans of Faculty and Heads of Department are kindly requested to bring this all important information to the attention of the students.  Signed   Chris C. Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, ASUP Suspends Nationwide  Strike Action Following  the  Numbers of  Meeting  Between  its Union and Federal Government.  The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, ASUP, has suspended its nationwide strike, 15 days after the industrial action began. This was confirmed by the chairman of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic chapter of the union, Kola Abiola, on Wednesday night. It was learnt that the union suspended the strike after memorandum of understanding with the federal ministry of education and ministry of labour. The union considered the suspension of the strike as a way to give opportunity for the implementation of the Memorandum of Settlement and Actions is has reached with the FG. Recall that ASUP had on 13th November 2017 embarked on an indefinite nationwide strike to press home their demands.

Cross Rivers University of Technology (CRUTECH) 2nd & Supplementary Post-UTME Screening 2017/2018 Announced The management of Cross Rivers University of Technology (CRUTECH) hereby announce for the information of prospective candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) who;  1.Chose CRUTECH as their First Choice Institution but missed the First Choice Screening,  2.Chose CRUTECH as their Second Choice,  3.Did not chose CRUTECH at all but are interested in the Cross River University of Technology and scored 150 and above in the 2017 UTME Examination that the Online Registration for Screening for the Supplementary admissions into the 2017/2018 Academic Session will commence on Tuesday, 28th November and ends on Friday, 15th December.  Consequently, candidates who fall under number (2) and (3) above are required to go to jamb website and change to CRUTECH as their First Choice Institution.  To access the Online Application Form, candidates are required to pay two

Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) List of De-Registered Students Over Non-Payment    of  School fees. The Senate of the Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) at its 46th Meeting held on Monday November 27th, 2017 considered the issue of non-payment of school fees and decided that students who have failed to pay their school fees be de-registered from the University.  Accordingly, the list of affected students have been published.
